How It Works
1. shop online
Browse our items online and make your bids on your favorite pieces before the auction ends. We will notify you if you get outbid via email and/or text.
2. try it out in person
Come to our Item Inspection to check it out in person to be sure you’re truly in love. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS so be sure you like it before you bid.
3. collect your winnings
Pick up your item on the removal date or coordinate delivery to your home. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS and there are NO refunds or returns.

Bidding Starts: Fri Aug 16, 2019, 12:00am PT
Preview: To ensure you like your item before bidding, please attend our Item Inspection Wed Aug 21, 2019 3pm-6:30pm & Thu Aug 22, 2019 10am-2pm at Loveseat Los Angeles warehouse
Bidding Ends: Thu Aug 22, 2019 beginning at 7:00pm PT. See individual items for exact closing times.
Extended Bidding: If a bid is placed in the last 4 minutes, the auction for that item will automatically extend for an additional 4 minutes.
Pickup: Pickup is limited to Sat Aug 24, 2019 10am-5pm at Loveseat Los Angeles warehouse
Buyer's Premium: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium that will be automatically added to your bid total. If your winning bid is $100, you will be charged $115.
All purchases are subject to sales tax unless you have submitted a valid California reseller license number before the auction closes.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. NO REFUNDS will be issued in any circumstance. Please attend our auction Item Inspection to ensure that you like the item before you bid. We do not refund for any condition issues or breakage.
Bids cannot be changed or removed once submitted and each one is a promise that you will honor the bid and all the terms of the auction. Carefully review the lot description and your bid amount before submitting.
Bid at your own risk. We do our best with titles and descriptions, but we make no claims or guarantees on their accuracy. The buyer is solely responsible for determining condition and identification of items.
Max bids will increase the price according to our bid increments. Please check back before the end of the auction to see if someone else has placed a higher bid than your max bid.
Payment is by credit card immediately on auction close. Please do not bid more than your credit limit. If there is an error in processing your payment, the item may be given to the next highest bidder.
Pickup times and dates are fixed and limited. If you do not pick up your items on the pickup date, your items will be forfeited and sold in a future auction without a refund to your card. Please contact us at invoices@loveseat.com with any questions.
Pickup is DIY - our staff will move your item to our warehouse door but will not put it in your vehicle. Please come prepared with your own resources and tools to remove your purchases in a timely manner. If you are using a third party delivery provider, such as GoShare, your items must be picked up on our removal date.
Loveseat does not arrange shipping but we are happy to work with any third party provider at your own risk. We recommend GoShare as a delivery provider. Their rates start at $39.99.
This Auction is being conducted in compliance with Section 2328 of the Commercial Code, Section 535 of the Penal Code, and the provisions of the California Civil Code.
