Please note Loveseat only offers curbside delivery (i.e. we will not deliver items in your home) on orders unless otherwise noted by our delivery partner.

Pickup is DIY. Please come with the appropriate manpower, vehicles and strapping supplies to pick up your order.

If you choose to refuse the delivery of the item, Loveseat will issue you a full refund of your item but retain a 25% restocking fee.

Pickup is via scheduled appointment only, Tues-Sat from 12-5pm. Make sure to pick up prior to your final pickup date.

A $25.00 fee will be charged for any boxes or trash left behind.

Available credit gets added to the next auction you bid on. The credit total gets deducted from your final invoice amount.

Bidding Starts

Each bid is a promise that you will honor the bid and all the terms of the auction. Carefully review the lot description and your bid amount before submitting.

Bids Cannot be Changed or Removed once Submitted

There is a {buyersPremium}% Buyer's Premium that will be automatically added to your bid total. If your winning bid is ${amount}, you will be charged ${charge}.

Please do not bid more than your credit limit. If there is an error in processing your payment, the item may be given to the next highest bidder. No cash payments accepted.

Final Pickup Date

You have a week after auction close to pick up your items. Any items not picked up by the end of the {forfeitDays}th day will be refunded, less a 25% restocking fee, and placed back in auction. Please contact us at {invoiceEmail} with any questions.

Forfeits

We require additional verification for purchases over $150 to ensure our customers are protected from potential fraudulent transactions. If you do not verify your ID by the deadline listed on your invoice, your items will be forfeit and refunded, less a 25% restocking fee per item, and placed back on auction.

Identity Verification Requirement

NO REFUNDS will be issued in any circumstance. We do not provide refunds for partial/missing items or breakage. We are unable to test the working condition of our items. Note: Credit card chargebacks will result in a lifetime ban from our platform.

Max bids will increase the price according to our bid increments. Please check back before the end of the auction to see if someone else has placed a higher bid than your max bid.

Pickup

Our staff will move your item to our warehouse door but cannot put it in your vehicle. Please come prepared with your own resources and tools to remove your purchases in a timely manner. If you are using a third party delivery provider, such as {thirdPartyDeliveryProvider}, your items must be picked up on our removal date.

No in-person Item Inspection for this auction. Please bid with that in mind - normal AS IS, NO REFUNDS rules apply.
