All sales are final, and items are sold as-is. Refunds may be considered for material description errors, as determined solely by Loveseat. To request a refund for such errors, speak to a warehouse manager during pickup; we encourage thorough item inspection before leaving our warehouse.

Please note Loveseat only offers curbside delivery (i.e. we will not deliver items in your home) on orders unless otherwise noted by our delivery partner.

Bidding Starts

Each bid is a promise that you will honor the bid and all the terms of the auction. Carefully review the lot description and your bid amount before submitting.

Bids Cannot be Changed or Removed once Submitted

A {buyersPremium}% Service Fee, with a minimum charge of $10 will be added to your invoice. If your winning bid total is ${amount}, your total charged will be ${charge}. If your wining bid total is $30, your total charge will be $40.

Service Fee

Please do not bid more than your credit limit. If there is an error in processing your payment, the item may be given to the next highest bidder. No cash payments accepted.

Final Pickup Date

You have a week after auction close to pick up your items. Any items not picked up by the end of the {forfeitDays}th day will be refunded, less a 25% restocking fee, and placed back in auction. Please contact us at {invoiceEmail} with any questions.

Forfeits

We require additional verification for purchases over $150 to ensure our customers are protected from potential fraudulent transactions. If you do not verify your ID by the deadline listed on your invoice, your items will be forfeit and refunded, less a 25% restocking fee per item, and placed back on auction.

Identity Verification Requirement

All items are sold “as is” and all sales are final. We may issue a refund in cases of material errors in the item description, as determined by Loveseat in its absolute and sole discretion. Any refund requests for such errors must be made at the time of pickup by speaking with a warehouse manager. Any items taken off of the Loveseat premises will not receive a refund. As such, we encourage you to thoroughly inspect all items* at pickup. *The only exception is Electronics. Loveseat will not provide power outlets to test electronic items at pickup.

All Items Are Sold As Is

To support the physical labor required for each item, we apply a flat Handling Fee to all items purchased on our website. This fee varies based on the item's value. Please be aware that the Handling Fee is nonrefundable.

Max bids will increase the price according to our bid increments. Please check back before the end of the auction to see if someone else has placed a higher bid than your max bid.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your scheduled pickup appointment. We request that you provide us with a minimum of 2 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. If you miss an appointment without providing the required notice, a no-show fee of ${noShowFee} will be applied to your account.

Scheduled Pickup No-Show Policy

Pickup

Our staff will move your item to our warehouse door but cannot put it in your vehicle. Please come prepared with your own resources and tools to remove your purchases in a timely manner. If you are using a third party delivery provider, such as {thirdPartyDeliveryProvider}, your items must be picked up on our removal date.

No in-person Item Inspection for this auction. Please bid with that in mind - normal AS IS, NO REFUNDS rules apply.
